2. You haven't told what exactly you were doing when this error occurred.

Please google "Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040275" and you will get to know all about the error. You may also get to know how the OPs who needed help on this error had given elaborate details of what they were doing.

Warning: Do not use any generic programs that claim to fix all. Google search about any such program. Those are mostly scams. Specific problems need specific solution.

After reading all these you may reconsider reposting your problem with complete details.

Right now I have just made one guess. You were trying to burn something :) with some optical recorder :) on some optical media :) with some burning program :) and you got this error. It may be due to your optical drive/ media incompatibility.
