Should I include System Reserved in system image ???

This is the scenario:
At first, I attempted to create system images on our computers and got stopped in my tracks by error 0x80780119; reason being the un-lettered volume "System Reserved" lacked the required 50-MB of space necessary for a shadow something-or-other.

Thus, I used Easy-BCD and relocated the boot manager to the C:\ drive; this allowed me to image the C:\ drive but NOT the now-lettered System Reserved, as it still lacked the required space.

With my boot manager relocated, is there anything in that System Reserved drive/volume that needs be included in a system image ?

In theory it should be empty but for the small size it's worth backing up anyway does it show in disk manager as having anything on it?

Disk manager shows what was previously unlettered volume System Reserved as now being lettered System Reserved(E:), capacity 47-MB, free space 17-MB.

According to the tutorial I read about EasyBCD, when it relocates the boot manager to the C:\ drive, it copies it to the new location and makes it active there; it does not remove anything from System Reserved, it makes it inactive and provides it with a letter.

I am assuming that everything (30-MB worth) that was previously in System Reserved is now also contained within C:\, so maybe it can be left out of a system image.

According to Windows requirements, in order to image a volume of that size, a minimum of 50-MB free space is required; that space is only 47-MB capacity, so no way is it going to ever have 50-MB free space.

I find it rather silly on Windows part to design the system in such a way that makes it impossible to use their own tools to create a system image.

For what it's worth, when I just used AOMEI BackUpper instead of Windows to create another image, it ignored System Reserved (E:) and did not list it; so, either it automatically included it or saw it as redundant and unnecessary.

I backup my system reserve with no problems using active disk
