Does anyone here use Readyshare Vault? Need help.

I have a 5TB USB drive that is configured via ReadyShare Vault to perform regular backups. The problem is the drive is full and I can't figure out how to delete old backups.

The drive can be ready as a network share \\readyshare\T_Drive but after deleting files the drive still reports as being full?
