I'm having so many issues with Backups

I'm having so many issues with Back ups and i just dont know what to do. From what I've found there are instructions ( Found here : https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/...-or-0x80070003 my error atm is 0x81000037 ) and it mentions finding reparse points and ive tried following the instructions but i cant seem to find any folders with the type mounted volume sample. Thanks for the help.

    Hi Unc,
the strangest thing in your post and most likely causing the problem
Volume in drive C has no label.

I think your best bet is a repair install to recreate the junction points.

use your installation disk if you havn't got one
run this tool copy/paste the output and i'll see if i can get one.

    Hi Uncle,
    well its not surprising really,
its a counterfiet install, and a bad one at that.

You have a Retail motherboard trying to use an Asus oem key via a hack.

Until you install a genuine OS no further help will be provided.

    Hi Uncle,
try Box.com, or a ruputeable computer builder, such as Novatech.
More than likely you will only be able to get a Pro version, give or take £130.

Roy do you know if there's any way I could report the store or shop owner for providing me with the hacked Windows or counterfeit copy?
