It depends what backup your using a lot give you an option to run with a username and password so they can others run under a system account

My System is vanilla Microsoft.

The Defragger that came with Windows-7 Pro 64 is what I have.

Windows defrag wil run with no user logged in. Normally you would pick a time when the computer is usually not being used and at such times it is common to have no logged on user.
