Trouble restoring C Drive from my D Drive original copy.

I cannot get to my D Drive option to replace my virus filled C Drive with D.
Kaspersky does not recognize any viruses. When I start, I see nothing after
a message saying (choose) error correction for disk or start windows normally.
The last 2 times I had been under attack I tried the error correction which took
hours and produced minor results. The system concluded that I should be given
the option to wipe out the C drive and replace with with the contents of my D Drive.
I did that. That happened to me again. I took that option again.

Now the viruses are back and far worse. That error correction option does nothing.
How do I get to choose to replace C with D?
I am running Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium on a HP Compaq.
    Thanks for any suggestions.
PS Restore CDs did nothing. I am not allowed to see what is on the screen. The monitor does work
because I can see flashes and words at the beginning when I start.

Welcome to the forum. Does d have an o/s on it? If you remove c does d then boot? It's not normal for malware to cripple a PC as then it can't create any revenue

My original Op Sys is on Drive D. I would love to blank Drive C. Drive D is much smaller and only has
my original copy of Windows 7 on it.
I have done this before but I just need a path to do that.
The people attacking are pretty well connected. Kaspersky does not recognize my viruses but I think
    that is by design.

Please download and save FRST 64bit or FRST 32 bit to your Desktop see what this tells us .

    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/farbar/FRST.exe

    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/farbar/FRST64.exe

Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

Make sure that Addition option is checked.
    Press Scan button.
It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
Please copy and paste log back .
The first time the tool is run it generates another log (Addition.txt - also located in the same directory as FRST.exe/FRST64.exe).

I cannot connect to the Internet except at the library.
That is way too complicated for me. I don't understand what you are telling me to do.
Does it give control the the DVD?
I do not have anything appear on my screen so I am not sure that would work.
