AOMEI hangs at 99 percent in Disk Copy

    Hello again.

I've taken the advice of SevenForums to try AOMEI to clone a disk.
    The operation hangs at 99%.

The Screen screen says you can exit after 3 minutes but how to do that at 99 percent rather than 100? I do not know the keystroke command to get to what they recommend at Task Manager to do any sort of completion. This is a test operation so I'm just leaving it on until I get an answer here.

An update: Success. I selected the rig to shut down after completion and it finally did.

But please answer the question about exiting through Task Manager when AOMEI loads Win PE.

    I'll try a bootup next.

You can use my boot media. Explorer, disk management, audio, net connection, Aomei Backupper and Aomei Part Assist included.

Making another iso is interesting but my question is: how would I simply get out of the
AOMEI completion screen? Is it a keystoke combination, control/alt/del style or what?

The AOMEI message gives no hint at that.

But on the previous query etc I have gotten a good boot up when the procedure
concluded and machine shut down as requested.

I have never encountered that, it is probably either esc or ctrl+alt+del.

Or open cmd prompt and type taskmgr

I didn't suggest you make another iso. The links are to isos I have already made.

They can be burned to cd, or extracted to make bootable usb. Because they include the windows explorer interface, Task manager and everything else is accessible.

    Great.
