samsung r519, no system recovery or f4 working

hello, my samung r519 laptop is running slow. I have windows 7 home premium. 64 bit (as on system information it says x64 - based pc ). I am trying to format it and the 2 ways in which I have tried, do not work. I am trying to locate Samsung recovery on start programs but cant find it. Also when I tried f4 as was shown on youtube doesn't work. Tried f8 but don't want to mess bios settings. and if I format c I have no drivers etc.Any ideas.

    Hi samsungu,

That a really old comp from what i can i find with only 2gb RAM, not enough for W7 >> 64bit
    Did it come with W7!!

    I could provide either/or W7 SP1 32/64bit link, IF its a genuine product.

Please run this tool, copy/paste the output

With 1GB ram im surprised the 64 bit even runs.

you would be better of with the 32 bit version.

Note Samsung and ALL other OEM's would not supply W7 with those specs!!

    Hi Samsung,

That report is showing some really strange data and errors
    File Scan Data-->
    File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\watadminsvc.exe[Hr = 0x80070003]
    File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\npwatweb.dll[Hr = 0x80070003]
    File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\watux.exe[Hr = 0x80070003]
    File Mismatch: C:\Windows\system32\wat\watweb.dll[Hr = 0x80070003]
    HrOffline: 0x00000000
    HrOnline: N/A
    HealthStatus: 0x0000000000000000
    Event Time Stamp: N/A
    ActiveX: Not Registered - 0x80040154
Admin Service: Not Registered - 0x80040154

The above is usually fixed by running KB971033

the next line is more unusuall
Allow scripting of Internet Explorer Webbrowser control: Allowed
It is normally set to Dissabled
in this mode it leaves you wide open to malware.

All the above being said they are system miss-configurations, which would be eliminated by a clean install

Dont get me wrong i'm trying to get you a good working system,
its possible that the previous owner swapped out some Ram 2>1, you could just buy more ram (ddr2?)
apply the KB i mentioned and you should be up and running FASTER.

I will provide you with a download link so that you can create an Iso install disc
    either 32/64 bit i recommend 32
    So i need to know
    32 or 64 bit
    language required

or are you going to buy more RAM
