Can someone recommend a good, free incremental backup package?

I have a NAS that for some reason, Windows Backup will not let me access. It's a permissions issue. I cannot set the permissions for the NAS drives, but I can access them and read/write just fine from Windows Explorer. But that's another problem for another thread.

I'm looking for a low cost, or freeware (open source) solution that will allow me to back up to the NAS incrementally. I only want to back up certain files, and only if they have changed. I know something is out there, but I haven't been able to find anything.
