Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool
That app doesnt have enterprise iso as a downlodable option. I found another site via a google search: Windows 7 Enterprise 32/64-bit ISO Download - (2021) Softlay apparently hosts the untouched ISO image of win7 enterprise with SP1 integrated for both 32 bit and 64-bit. Does not show SHA1 or SHA256 hash so I don't know if it is really untouched or not. I guess I'll find out after downloading 6GBs (2.6GB for 32 bit and 3.5GB for 64 bit) worth of images and google up the hashes somewhere unless someone here is willing to provide the official hashes of these untouched SP1 integrated enterprise ISOs?

Ok, so to update I've downloaded it and hashed the two ISO files and got these:
    Code:

Anyone care to cross reference with official hashes for me?

    Edit:
Looks like a RTM with SP1 manually integrated in 2014.
That's for the 64-bit version, nothing for the 32-bit version.... I guess these are modified after all and not official untouched ISO images....

that doesn't surprise me in the slightest.....
Enterprise versions were not available for general public release, so its unlikely the hashes are on the web.

Windows Enterprise versions are basically designed for activation in an enterprise environment with the use of a Key Management server this will poll all devices attached to the system and check and validate the install at a period set by the system administrator this period can be less than an hour or several months depending on usage of the device - it's often set so that mobile workers only have to log into the main system every 90 days - there are a lot of stolen activations for sale in the online ecosystem that are actually fake and will fail 90 days or less from initial install.

there is an option used for employees that work away from base the vast majority of the time these are known as MAK or Multiple Access Keys, and can sometimes make their way into the wild, a lot of these came from the Microsoft development programs that were presented to Microsoft MVPs and could also be purchased.

There is also another quite common work around used by illegal copies of Enterprise - this involves hacking the system to create a false/fake KMS than runs on the local system an spoofs the system to activate the OS

One thing you have to expect is that there is a very high likelihood that any of the fake installs of enterprise will supply supply unwanted extras - keyloggers, Viruses, ( or more advanced Malware)

There is no such thing as an Enterprise Key as such the activation of the OS is achieved by tokens there are sometimes MAK keys used for initial setup but the token is setup by the System Admin and assigned on first connection.

As has already been stated if you need the facilities available in Enterprise you need to contact your employer or maybe school etc.

Ultimate has most of the functionality of Enterprise and is available, (or was before the End of Life of Windows 7), although several specialist networked server functions are missing

The only reason why I'm after an ISO image of Enterprise is so I can make my complete AIO universal disc from here: Windows 7 Universal Installation Disc - Create - this guy managed to have all windows 7 versions and even 2008 server edition on one disc! And I would like to have a copy of this myself for whenever I need to do some tech fixing or test bedding stuff in future. But otherwise yes, thanks for your explanation as to the scarcity of ISO images relating to Enterprise edition of Windows 7.

I thought Ultimate edition equal Enterprise edition(according to my quick google search), with only the licensing being different and that's it, but here you're telling me there *are* actual differences besides licensing terms?

If I recall correctly, there are a couple of network control items that are only on the enterprise - I can't even recall the name but it related to restricting certain apps usage at a server level the main software was on the server of course but there was a local component on the enterprise distribution.

Edit - Could have been Applocker which is still a part of Windows 10 enterprise - but of course there is no longer any Ultimate to check

There were also changes in the software during the life of windows 7 so it may be that eventually the Ultimate and enterprise installs were the same

The Enterprise version is still available as part of the Visual Studio package supplied to Microsoft Insider MVPs which is also available to purchase though not at a price for the individual user
