How to recover permanently deleted folders not files

How to recover accidentally deleted folder of 16GB / 2000 files instead of all files separately?
Most recovery software offers file based recovery, while this case would be much easier to fix recovering deleted folder name.

How big are changes to NTFS file directory system when deleting folder? Are there just upper level folder name deleted or also all subfolders?
Perhaps some disk editor could help if only upper level name is changed?

Located on 2nd hard drive in a root directory (name: /m1), basic NTFS partition. No writes to disk after deletion. Deleted with Windows Explorer.

Accident happened when deleting selected right panel mht file with very long title.
Unfortunately Windows still kept selected folder on left panel and when there were warning about too long file name and warning deleting permanently, error was not noticed before submitting "yes"

It might be time to shorten some of those long files names going forward?
I've done something similar in the past -- thankfully I had an earlier backup image.

After serious activities it's total waste of time trying to fix something perhaps never needed again.
What happened is probably result of Windows bug or perhaps a feature which can be disabled.
Selection of object may have different levels and meanings, sometimes including parent object as subject of this thread.

The question is of NTFS file system - is there an easier option available to recover main folder alone (including sub folders and files) or no other way but to recover all (2000) files one by one.
I believe there is and I hope to get some guidance how.

Shadow Explorer all panels remain blank.
Obviously software is not capable to interact with present Windows 7 64 bit operating system.

Folder Recovery Software Recovers Deleted/Lost Folders Easily - EaseUS
I've never used EaseUs software yet, so I cannot vet this data recovery program's ability to recover a data folder.

Update: EaseUS Data Recovery program fished my deleted folder out of the Recycle Bin and restored same to another place. After emptying the Recycle Bin, tried a quick scan, cannot find my deleted test folder in the results board. Had to interrupt deep scan because school is closing soon. Might be able to report deep scan result later this week or weekend.

I don't remember deep scan coming up with anything.
