Mr does have an option built in to not copy bad blocks so you MUST use that so the new drive doesn't get bad blocks

It is one of many free tools that can do clones.
Most partition managers and disk imaging programs do that kind of thing. I usually suggest Aomei backupper, but I think system cloning is only available with the Pro version of that.
I haven't checked all the available tools just now, but I have a feeling the free versions will allow cloning an entire disk, or simply copying partitions.
You would want system clone - which is not the same as those.
I'll just download the Samsung Tool and see if that will Avoid Cloning the Bad Sectors.
Also, I botched a chkdsk run, but just restarted it. I will run chkdsk then attempt the Clone.
Thanks again SIW2
I think it means Macrium Reflect.
Some people have had problems using the Samsung software.
I would suggest that you download Macrium Reflect Free & install it & then perform the cloning. I have used Macrium for cloning & it works. Below is the Macrium website where you can get the free version.

Ahhh, Mr LOL... I did not get that.
Does Macrium need to be installed to do this?
I already have the Bootable DVD Created for my other computer with WinPE-3.1. Just used it earlier to Image the Drive. I did think the Free Version Had the Clone Option, but was not positive. I also did not know the Samsung Software had some issues, thanks, will use Macrium.
To do a clone Macrium needs to be installed on the old HDD, then you open Macrium after you have connected the SSD to the motherboard & you should see the option to clone this disc & it should show the SSD as the receiving disc.
You want to clone the Disk? You said earlier you didn't want the E partition.
I am not sure mr has a clone function in the free version.
Thanks for all your help, I will pursue this tomorrow. I made a few mistakes that cost me more time.
I'll install Macrium tomorrow and see if I can Clone the SYSTEM and C Drive to the SSD!
Looking forward to getting that SSD going on my best laptop.
