    Question about disk examination.


    I'm not sure this is the right forum, if there is a better one please suggest. Are there any tools for examining raw disk data byte by byte?

    What's the exact problem you're facing?
    The built-in chkdsk with /f modifier does exactly that.

    I think DMDE has a free disk editor, unless they changed over the years.
