Can't Restore original factory settings

Ok I am having a major issue with my systems restore. I have tried everything to get to the point where I choose restore to factory settings but there is no data for me to restore to. I want to remove all files from my computer and reinstall everything for a fresh start and to reorganize my data.
(sorry if I have a bit of anger, it's my computer's fault.)

I do NOT have an f8 button at start up.

I do NOT have any restore points except from one day previous.

I do NOT have settings that prevent backups from saving.

I have followed all the how to guides out there.

I have used the msconfig to start my computer in safe mode on minimal to get to the f8 boot menu.

I have gotten to the systems restore part from my boot menu and I get stuck there because there is no data to back up to and I do not have a usb or disc with a factory restore back up. I have never had this much trouble before. There is always an option to delete all files and restore original settings.

I do not want to do "easy recovery essentials" because that does not fix my problem.

My computer upon restart from total shutdown or a regular restart goes from..

Black screen, to press f1 to interrupt normal start up. If I click that it just gives me a boot menu that has nothing to do with restoring settings, it does let me reconfigure a lot of things but not what I want(I went through all of it and won't waste your time). So if I skip that f1 then it has a black screen with a ton of numbers and part names for components in my computer, then another black screen with different components and numbers then black, then it goes straight to the profiles log in page where I can only log in or restart the computer and try again.

I have been going in circles all night and don't have a clue what is even left to try. Hopefully there is a way to get an original factory install file onto a usb so I can restore my computer.

I have a LENOVO T430, 4GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 4000, 160 GB HD, Windows 7 Home premium 64bit.

A solution would be MUCH appreciated since I hate it when machines win.... lol help me with round 3! or 9.. I lost count..

Unfortunately that doesn't help since f11 does nothing at any stage of start of. I don't have a normal start up compared to most computers. It is as I described above.

Just to reiterate, I have been to the systems recovery page. When I am there I can't do anything from that menu because there are no backups besides one I have from the 9th this month. I have always with every computer and even this one had a permanent factory restore point by default I would always go back to but this time there is nothing there to restore to.

Can you post screen shot from disk management showing all the details you may have a restore partition but the hot key may have been overwritten
