    Login failure Macrium

Macrium forum has sent me email enabling changing of password but when I try to login it refuses to even recognise the email address to which it sent the password reset mail. I cannot find any way to contact Macrium without logging in. Can you advise. I am sorry if this is not the right section of forum but it is very loosely concerned with backups.

Did you perhaps end up copying any white spaces. Or did you enter the email address in manually? Their wonderful crappy forum has no contract us link, so Twitter is the only proper channel outside of emailing the email in the domain record. LOL

I wouldn't share your email on Twitter, just your username, or DM (PM) their Twitter account if you can.
