Login failure Macrium

Macrium forum has sent me email enabling changing of password but when I try to login it refuses to even recognise the email address to which it sent the password reset mail. I cannot find any way to contact Macrium without logging in. Can you advise. I am sorry if this is not the right section of forum but it is very loosely concerned with backups.

Did you perhaps end up copying any white spaces. Or did you enter the email address in manually? Their wonderful crappy forum has no contract us link, so Twitter is the only proper channel outside of emailing the email in the domain record. LOL

I wouldn't share your email on Twitter, just your username, or DM (PM) their Twitter account if you can.

Macrium Reflect failure
One of my drives (non-OS) has developed some bad sectors. Acting from an abundance of caution I picked up a new HDD to replace it and d/l'd the latest Macrium Reflect to clone the 'bad' disk. Macrium stalls at 25% with a Broken pipeline 13 error. I did a chkdsk /f and fixed the errors on...

Login Process Intitialazation initialization failure
I know you guys have seen this problem before; however, I guarantee you that my problem is slightly unique. I use Storagecraft Shadow Protect to make backup copies of my Operating System (Windows 7). The last time I backed up was on the 17th of this month. Subsequent to that, I reverted to that...
