    Copy of multiple files


    Hi Guys,


    I have a list of .mp3 files created from dir > list.txt
    It contains a list of mp3 filenames that I have copied from several directories of my portable drive to a Memory stick for a friend.
    I want to search in multiple directories using the list.txt and re-copy them as the files on the memory stick has been corrupted. Can I use xcopy or any other command line tool to read the names from my files located in list.txt and copy those to the new location? Remember the originals are scattered through multiple directories and I do not have the exact locations. I include list.txt. Any help please? Christo.

    Years ago, I used a lot if exist/copy oneliners a rather long batchfile! I'm on a tablet with no keyboard. I think my public poftion google drive college cafe dos area might have a few bat hfiles containig if exist/copy sections.
