Bootable USB Flashdrive of Custom OS Settings?

Using cmd (Admin), is it possible to create a bootable USB flashdrive of my optimized Windows 7 settings?

How would I include installed windows updates?

Not sure what you are asking.

You could create an image file of your system onto a usb stick. Several free programs will do the job.

After posting the question, I looked in the "Similar Threads" below and seen the question I'm trying to ask.

It's trolltk's thread. It's over a year old though, not sure if trolltk is active recently

Creating bootable Win7 file with installed software and settings

I'm actually not wanting to install more software (pre-installed is ok), thus my reason for inquiring about cmd (Admin) methods, then to create a iso, then using an iso converter to make a bootable usb flashdrive.

I'm not sure, but I may be trying to do something that actually requires more than 1 usb flashdrive, of which I have multiple in various sizes.

Any idea's?
