I have not been able to create a screenshot of what I am seeing when I open the "System Backup" option but it shows Disc 0 with three boxes, all ticked.
Below that it shows Disk 2 with the same boxes as above but none are ticked. At the bottom it shows destination K:\ . I assume this is the SSD I have connected to the PC for the backup, although it doesn't appear in the "Start/Computer list of drives connected. When I click "Proceed" a message in red appears that says: The system cannot find the path specified (0x003E0085000008CA)
Does this mean the brand new SSD I have plugged in is a dud, or is it something else?
