I own a Lenovo V570c laptop with Win7 Ultimate.
I please need assistance with the onekey recovery utility. The Novo button is only causing for a normal startup of Windows. I have installed the software downloaded from the Lenovo site (IN12STW49WW6), but I do not get the recovery options menu as I am suppose to.
Any assistance will be appreciated
