Michael, they are after our pocket book. And yes, 5.3 supports W8.1 and UEFI. I just installed it on a 8.1 laptop and created a recovery stick. Both work. W10 remains to be seen.

If I recall correctly I was able to use Reflect with one of the windows 10 preview. However, there is a simple work around. I haven't tried this method though. You can boot up using to the windows 7 reflect rescue media (CD, USB Flash, or USB hard drive) and you can make and restore images from there. It will back up whatever is on your partitions. This I read also works for those that have just have Linux installed. You still have to create the windows rescue media in Windows 7. I choose the standard rescue not the Linux method.
The WinPE rescue media is actually the same as the installed program except that it cannot retain the XML files because the media is not persistent.
However, if you have a UEFI machine, you need an UEFI version to boot or you have to set the BIOS into legacy mode and set secure boot off.
That also was the feeling I got. The main (if not the only) difference between the Personal and Business versions of V6 is the amount of support one can receive.
I have 5.3 installed on three Win 7 UEFI machines, a desktop machine and two notebooks. I used MR to install the latest version of Win PE (Win 8 based) on USB sticks.
If you are using win7, then why not use proper winpe, with recovery options included?
If you have a win8 machine, you could also make a proper win8 pe.
Those macrium ones have nothing except macrium itself.
Is Macrium Free Edition still available? the link brings me to a "page do not found" sort of message.
Try the link in my sig.
I notice the link on that page is to download.com which has a rep for bundling toolbars so be careful.
It is still available, here.
And they appear to have upgraded it to v5.3.7277 dated Feb 4, matching the final version of the non-free Standard release.
You can also still get it (and older versions) from FileHippo here:
