Does anyone have a work around to open Windows Easy Transfer Files

Id prefer to just go in and pull what I need and delete what I don't. I tried MigRecover Utility tool but it's not working or taking way too long, I think I actully used many years ago and it did work but not now.

If I just transfer the WET file to my PC how can I keep it/the files from spreading all over my PC and mixxing with current files, basicly put it in a folder on the desktop and sort through it. I've done it before and it made a mess, well for me anyway. Thanks.

****WET file is from Win7 PC and I need to open it on Win7 PC***
