Cannot backup using Windows 7

    Still cannot backup


    Well I am going to mark this thread up as sorted but I still have the problem of not being able to back up 30Gb of 'C' drive onto newly installed 500Gb drive!! What a pulaver with such a simple problem (well I thought it was anyway) so thanks to everyone that contributed and I wish you all a Happy New year, cheers.....

    Well I have just managed to sort this problem out for myself, I took the advice of another member and downloaded 'Comodo' which is free and it has worked fine, so even though I haven't been able to find out what the problem actually is I am at least able to backup to wherever I want to!! I did get an error message in the Action Centre saying something about a compatibility issue between my Asus m/b and some software but I couldn't find any help with that so if you have a similar problem as I did I suggest
    getting a free backup program to sort it out!
