    Backup error

Whenever I try to run windows backup, it fails. I'm trying to backup files and a disk image from C: drive to an external HD. The errors it gives are listed below. Any clue why it's doing this and how it can be fixed?

    Thanks!

Try restarting your pc... Once you log back in, start the back up immediately and see if that works.

I have never had it work properly (I just installed Windows 7 a few weeks ago), and I have tried restarting and running backup with no success

    Dear filups21,

Did you get a solution for the backup problem? I have the Samsung S2 also, and the same problem...

    Many thanks

nope - never got a solution. Samsung's auto backup software doesn't work for me, either. I have to drag and drop to back things up, which takes a long time every time I want to back things up. It sucks, but I haven't had other problems with Windows 7.
