    Data Recovery Help

The problem I have is this:
I had 2 Western Digital 160 GB hard drives in RAID 0 configuration and 1 HD failed but the system still booted up. I didn't notice for a few days that 1 HD had failed because what seems to have happened is the RAID took my backup DATA drive (drive #3, a 250GB drive NOT built into the initial RAID) and built that drive into the failed array. So now we have Drive#1 (the 160GB drive) and drive#3 (the 250GB drive) in the RAID0 and drive #2 completely failed.
Problem is,Drive #3 was not in any RAID but was a stand alone DATA disk, a 250 GB drive with all my personal Data on it. I had 200+ GB of data on this stand alone drive.
Now, I took out drive #3 and viewed it from another computer, and it's showing as a 160 GB drive and the data showing is identical to drive#1 (the 160GB) (i.e. program files, windows,etc....) but I don't see any of my Data.

Question is, what can I do to retrieve my 200+ GB of data? I ran data recovery software but the only thing I'm finding is a 200+ GB System Volume Information file(in poor condition). Can I try to recover that, if so, will that bring back the original state of my drive? The original state was the drive showed as 250GB and had 200 GB of data, whereas now it shows as 160 GB with a mirror of drive#1

    Need help please.
