What is the executable in W7 Pro to run Windows backup

Where do I find the exe file that launches 64 bit W7 Pro Backup services and what's it's name ? Looked in System32 but didn't see anything that looked like "backup" ?

sdclt.exe. Located in C:\Windows\System32.
