Norton Ghost For Win 7

Hi friends,

Is there any one who got nortan ghost [any version ] for windows 7 ultimate x64?

I have been tired of searching it. If not nortan ghost is there any other software that does the same thing as that? A help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

Macrium Reflect. I use the free edition. The paid editions has more features. It works well as is not complicated to use. Here is a tutorial -

Windows XP - Now Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).

Acronis TrueImage is another alternative (paid for).

Does anyone use Norton Ghost 15? I am currently just using the built in backup with Win7. I have used Ghost in the past (well then it named Norton Save & Restore) and had a lot of luck. BUT I have read mixed reviews with Ghost 15.

Norton Ghost 15.0
I use the Norton Ghost 15.0 and i will like to know,is it possible to restore my computer without using the recovery cd? (I have the recovery cd but i looking for the easiest/better way)

Trailing this product and when I installed got the error "No Mapping Account Names and Security ID's Done". Uninstalled and tried again got the same thing again. It works and made a back up but don't like the error. Gives the feeling like something is not right.
What's with VMs and Norton Ghost?
Tried XpVM and VMware VM (via VM Server 2.0) and when i tried to use Ghost, it ran but could never get my USB seagate drive to be on the drop down menu when trying to ghost from image. What do i do i get this USB HDD detected? :mad:
