try redownloading it again it can somtimes get courrupted if not and you either got a external drive and/or flash drive and try to see if it can boot from there...

hi all. i have this problem too. i 've read some causes like old dvd reader, bad burning, bad iso file. ¿what's the real cause? i have a phillips burner. i thoutgh that the problem maybe is because the dvd disc is DVD+R and not DVD-R ¿is posible? ¿is there someone who have sloved this problem whitout using a external usb drive?

actually there are many causes since there are many things that can go that can go wrong from having a corrupt iso to a disc not being read right....
there so many steps (downloading from the net...iso corrupt) to the harddisk not work working as well anymore, the iso not burned correctly, the burner had a coaster and even the dvd not being read correctly....
i burned again and the same error appears. i tried to put the files to my secondari hhd but it doesn't function.
Use IE7 to download the images then burn to DVD. I had the same problem either reading from a burned DVD or an ISO - the problem I found was that I was using Firefox to download the ISOs and not IE. Somehow part of the download was getting corrupted when not using IE7's download manager. I've never had this kind of problem with FF but that's what did it for me. Either that or the site was having some kind of an issue. Give it a shot..
Maybe not - maybe it's just random issues occurring mid download. I just find it real hard to believe that reading the ISO images falls on certain hardware - seems lame to have a beta that falls short on that sort of thing. Anwyay, that's what seemed to consistently work for me.
