Please remember this is a forum not a chatroom, I can't reply if I'm not online. Although I try to post back quickly, this isn't the only website I visit, as it happens I was watching a programme on Iplayer

    Ok:
Open Disk Management (the one you took a Screenshot of)
    Right Click your C drive
    Click "Shrink Volume"
Under "Shrink by" put 122880 (thats 120GB in MB, to give it a bit of "breathing room")
Click next, when its done, it will say "unallocated space 119GB (it seems to lose 1GB normally, I dont know why)
RIght Click the Unallocated Space and Click "New Simple Volume"
    go through the wizard.

MAKE SURE YOU DO IT ON YOUR C DRIVE!

    Eh voila. 1 Partition.

Please post back a screenie of Disk Management when your done.

It varies, big partitions take a while though.
