    Hi Steve,

To add the pic , 1st you need to capture it using the snipping tool in windows 7 under "accessories" in the start menu and save it.

Then on the "reply" section in this thread click the "manage attachments" tab , click "choose file" and navigate to where you saved the pic to , then click the upload button and then submit reply.

Scores can vary alot depending on how new your hardware is, how high a spec it is and if it's overclocked.

Going back a couple of years my system scored just over 1000, but I now have some pretty high spec hardware and pretty well overclocked too.

Solid state drives add a fair bit to the score also.

I would't worry too much about your scores, as long as your pc does what you want of it then all's good

    Hi Steve,

I can't see your exact scores, but it looks like your memory scores around 1000? The jump from ddr2 to ddr3 is big , mine scores 3300ish in the test.

Again with your hard drive , a ssd scores alot more, mine is 1900ish

And my cpu is just crazy , 2600k i7 running at 5ghz for the test lol which hit nearly 13000.

It all adds up on the final score.

As I said I wouldn't worry too much about the scores , its just one test and its not like real world use.

Oh and there is a thread on memory performance here - What's your memory assessment speed?

Post your score on there and look for others with similar memory to see if yours is running as it should

It is quite amazing how a bit of overclocking can improve the scores,

Below is the top of the range gpu's average scores based on users submissions.

I have also included a screenshot which shows my gpu's best score when I overclocked the hell out of it and as you can see it actually beats the GTX 580. Of course the scores are also dependent on how solid the rest of the system is , my gpu scores less when my cpu is clocked less too.
