Paul

How difficult would it be to add the cpu type to the list?

madcratebuilder, there are several 'converts' in that list. I think in benchmarking, Intel will always beat AMD. In real world usage, I'm not so sure there is a big difference though. I can't say that for certain. The last AMD rig I built was quite a while ago, but they seem to run well in every day tasks.
Totally agree sir. Intel is superior in benchmarks by far. Reading on some of the gaming forums it seems the best Intel's beat the best AMD's by only 2-3 fps in games. Plus some games are better on Intel, some better on AMD.

Nice scores guys.

It is possible but will take quite some time to do. I would need to scour through all 26 pages of this thread to find everyone's CPU. Obviously this benchmark is not just a CPU benchmark either, it tests the entire system so I am not sure how useful it would be just knowing what CPU each person had.

This is an Idea Paul just put a line with specs and a link to the persons profile specs

That would be quick and right to the point ,If that is possible

Might I make a suggestion that would save Paul a lot of time? If everyone on that list would send Paul the info Paul needs, Paul wouldn't have to search for it. I'm sure none of us would mind that. Paul spends enough time keeping up with all these benchmarks. It wouldn't be any trouble for most of us.

What does this PassMark test tell me?
I have a PC I bought 4.5 years ago, but the performance dropped drastically like 2 years ago. I've made a thread before about my PC and why the performance dropped. I still haven't realized what is wrong with it, my CPU, my HDD or both, since the rest I'm 100% sure is fine. The problem is my PC...
