Hi,
All you should have to do is switch the Custom selection to Extreme and it should be all correct.

When I set things to Extreme and 1600x900 I get back the results as in my post #1784.

(1920x704) using HDMI at dpi 150%.

Possibly it's the hdmi messing with your resolution ?
That one actually says 1290x704
