There's plenty of room between the cards mate, It's just the coolers on these cards are crap. I thought about repasting them but doubt it would make a difference as every comment i've seen online about these card's to moan about the cooler's performance. They're compared to stock EVGA cooler's which apparantly do a slightly better job.
I've switched the direction of my H100i as the heat from the cards was going through the rad hindering the cpu cooling. There's also a 200 mm Bitfenix Spectre Pro @70% blowing straight at them. I may try it as exhaust and see if it helps.
Currently i have the H100i pushing air from outside through the rad, Rear 120 mm exhaust, x2 Stock Corsair 120's front intake and 200 Bitfenix intake.
I'll also add the bottom 120 back in as intake.

Ryan, the dreaded 70 degree throttle is only 13 mhz if I remember right so I would stick with sli, and maybe take some breaks in between rounds. I think your new sig looks great!

Yeah i know chap but really they should be more than capable of cooling themselves at stock. My case temps are never over 30c and there is tonne's of air around them. Luckily i knew to use a software to up the fan speed but what about those that don't know any better? I don't think the stock fan profile goes over 50% if that.
I just alt tab between rounds in BF3 I've kept the back door open while playing tonight, tis not good.

Unfortunately most of the two fan coolers on high end cards are pretty poor. And Palit aren't renowned for awesome.
Still, I'd rather be worrying about 70c than me at 90c
And I can't OC my cards any more in TRi.

Yeah 70 is deffo better than 90 lol. I've used that new setting in EVGA Precision's fan control "temperature Hysteresis" and set it to 5 which seems to help a bit too.

Haven't used it. May try it now. It sounds like a fan curve preset. I just use AfterBurner. Glad it helped you though.
