That still ain't right Andrew, but I can see why... The Extreme Preset by default must use 1600x900 resolution, but your monitor is only 1440x900 so it cannot run it as it should and is forced to change it to Custom.

Ah, my monitor supports it, I just like the 1440*900 better. My monitor supports up to 1600*1200

Cause I am looking at everyone elses scores and am like woah....or do they have them overclocked or something?......I mean, I'm happy with it, but my girl is going to be doing a lot of video editing so just wondering. I thought I picked out a great card.......
..tomb raider looks amazing, and I get a consistent 75fps in that game..

No mate, the 7870 is not crap, it's an excellent mid range card. It's just the others you have been looking at are mostly top of the range really expensive cards or people with 2 cards running SLI or XFire setups.
