and again, having issues with this fricken card! it crashes no matter what! ive tried custom bioses, voltage increases, etc. the only thing that works is if i have the clocks and voltage set extremely low (1020MHz/ 1.052V)

U think it could be my PSU? I mean it's 750w
750 watt means nothing unless you have a strong rail. Whats your full psu specs?

Meanwhile...I've lost around twelve points with the actual v14.9 ATI drivers with same preset settings over the leaderboard result. I think the last Intel drivers v3958 (previous was v3945) are interfering with Ati ones because of my GPU Virtualization and my OC @4.4GHz.

But i found why i can't go further 1200MHz/1475MHz in the Unigine benchmark, my PSU doesn't hold it and it terminate the benchmark, too much power is drawn on the 12V rail!!!

Edit: My PSU is fine while gaming at max presets and slight Oc but when it comes to Benchmarks...it shows its limits.

You said it crashes, when benching or running at stock? Maybe try a different driver.

Is it the TDR crash with driver stopped responding and recovered error?

Post it in the BSOD section and you will get some help.

The best should be to have access to the Dump files created when it had happened. It will shows which drivers had crashed. It can be different drivers, not always the same.

There is no BSOD. It litterly just shuts off and reboots. I'm going through driver settings now and messing around to see if it is a driver setting. If all fails and nothing works, RMA and back to my 780. Btw, when I had my 780, this never happened. That card ran perfect even when OCed.
