    LastPass Chrome Dev problem

LastPass would log in with Firefox but not Google Chrome dev. Chrome updated recently so I figured, after messing around for 90 minutes, that the update was the issue. I switched from Chrome Dev channel to Beta channel and LastPass works now.

Just in case somebody is banging their head against the wall with the same deal. :)

Thanks for the info. The Chrome I'm using now it works but now I lost my favicons. Everything's a trade-off it seems. :) I'd rather have the auto logon if I have to choose. :)

The way I got most of my favicons back was install XMarx in Firefox, sync "Up" to overwrite the bookmarks on the server. Then open Chrome and sync "Down" using XMarx to overwrite my Chrome bookmarks. I tried just importing FF bookmarks and I got favicons, but also triplicate bookmarks. So I had to lose a few in order to get most of the favicons back without manually deleting.

Now I'm going to leave XMarx in Firefox but disabled just in case I have to do this again sometime. Unfortunately XMarx doesn't seem to sync both Firefox and Chrome without getting into an endless update loop. But for a one shot fix it works.
