is this a live.mail account? if so, if you log into windows live mail at the top of the program all your emails should come back including all your folders and contacts.
If not, then someone else here needs to help you because i do not think you can recover (but i could be wrong) anything once you have deleted them

I use Windows Live Mail and have Win 7 64 bit Home Premium as my OS. The text of all emails i receive is so light in color I can barely make out what it says. I have tried everything i know to do using the Control Panel but nothing works to make the text darker. In contrast to incoming emails when i type and send an email using Arial Black font it is br4ight and crisp and easy to read. There must be some way to make the text of my inbox emails brighter but i cant find it. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

BearCatjer Try the options in Windows Live, i.e. the email program itself. Click the blue drop down box on the leftside of the program. Choose "Options" from the drop down list, Then "Mail". Then "Read". Then "Fonts" and make your changes there to fonts you can see better. I've posted a pic of my Windows Live interface pointing where to do it. Here is a link to it if you need it. I hope that helps.... I noticed your post is over a month old....hopefully you've got it already taken care of by now, but if not give this a try.
