    Email Difficulties? Some Helpful Advice.

If you have problems with your email, one of the first things you should do is check the settings in your email client and compare them with the settings that can be found on your ISP/Email provider's website. Sometimes, the port numbers change, and you might need to update your settings to the current ones. If nothing has changed, and all your settings are correct according to the website, then it might possibly be an issue at their end as opposed to a problem on your machine. Try accessing your emails through the web interface instead of your email client for a while. Although the web interface will allow you to send and receive emails, it is usually only a basic interface offering limited functionality. Because of this, keep checking the client so that you can resume using it when service is restored.

So I'm talking about webmail "New Telecom House" (NTH) powered by Iloha Mail

That is IMAP mail I suppose so what I need is IMAP server,Port and does that server requires SSL
Also SMTP server,Port and does it requires SSL

I tried to contact Iloha Mail admins but they just ignored my questions and seek for help so here I am hopping you guys wont follow them by ignoring me as well lol

Sorry, but I think you're out of luck.

I've just checked the IlohaMail Blog site, and it would appear that they have ceased development. The last entry on the development blog was on 4/15/05, and the last on the main blog was Wed Jan 25, 2006. The forums just return a blank page.

As regards NTH, I've never heard of it, but if this is who you mean NTH Group then you may also be out of luck as the latest news was dated 19.3.2009.

Sorry I can't be of any more help, but as you know we do have an extensive membership here and someone might be able to assist.

    Email difficulties? Some helpful Advice.

Ey up yer sen, Doncaster. Your thread may be the answer to my problem tho it is a little more complicated. My Windows7 includes Windows Live Mail which can include imported Email clients in one website. I include my ISP, Windows Live and GMail. Annoying problem. when I try to delete Gmail messages, I get a "beep" and everything freezes ! Only way to retrieve is to re-boot. I CAN get Gmail however via Google.. I have yet to try you advice though I'll try my ISP first.. Would appreciate any other advice. (Wigun ev us dinner now ) Yes. Yorkshire roots. Is OSSETT still there ? *******EdmundoF
