I have found a better way (IMO).

I cleared all the gestures and add a simple flick up - Top of page, flick down - bottom of page.

The only negative is that it works so well that is addictive, I find myself trying to flick up/down in every application. I can't even think about using Opera as a browser since you can't seem to customize gestures.

Use at peril of getting addicted...

1. Click on the url that you like the most, from these below, then click on 'add to firefox ' button.
2. a window will popup, wait 3 seconds and press install now, the add-on is being downloaded
3. when ready, press restart firefox or restart firefox manually
