Help with active x send page IE7

I am sending a web page with sound and links to other web pages from the send page option in IE7 through Outlook 2010. The sound and web page links do not come across in Outlook. What do I need to change. This used to work in XP.

    IE7?

Anyways, once you click "send page" in your browser, then your default mail application should pop up with the new message. The rest is up to your mail client. I've never used Outlook, so I can't help you there. With Thuderbird everything is automatic.

Win_7 comes with IE8 so perhaps you mean it worked in XP/IE7 but not in Win_7/IE8. In any case, as unifex said, the "send page by email" should work the same. Perhaps you should review the Outlook 2010 settings to be sure they're set up to send html email.

Edit: I should point out that I rarely have pages come out as well as the original whether I'm using "send page by email" or "save as"; only the simplest of html files seem to survive the capture intact.

[Off Topic] It seems strange I can abbreviate IE8 but not "Win_7" without an extra character like "_".

I meant in the forum. Here is the 4 character word: Win7.
(I typed only 4 characters after colon space and before the period.)
