Moving Files

I want to move my windows email files, in-box, junk, delete, to my E:\ drive, how please?
Whilest leaving the app on boot drive.

The my documents file containing my pics, music etc....How can I move this to my E:\ drive.

These are files being edited a lot, I want to move them off my SSD array.

Files being changed when moving them
I had a folder called 'Walks' that was located as F:/Pictures/Walks I then moved this folder to the drive root so it was F:/Walks After moving it, it seems that many (not all) of the files in that folder have been changed. The file sizes are different, and last modified date is the date I moved...

I was moving files around to save data so I can repartition my HDD. I noticed that the Moving status window did not have the details button. But I had the details before, but it when I was copying files. Is this normal for W7?
