    Internet Explorer Toolbar


    i accidently unchecked my internet explorer toolbar so now i dont have a settings button or anything like that when im in internet explorer and i dont know how to bring it back on, can someone please help, thank you

    Hello Cubfan96,

    You can right click on the title bar of Internet Explorer, then be able to check the toolbar that you want to get it back. :)

    Sorry, you needed to right click on the empty space (see red dot below) to the right of the tabs instead.

    What do you see when you right click on free space just to the right of the tabs in IE8 like above? Could you post back a screenshot of this?

    If it's the same as above in my screenshot, what bar did you check?

    Strange, you do not see the menu in my screenshot above where you can check the Command bar option when you right click on the space where the red dot is below in your screenshot?

    If not, then you might temporarily disable your Yahoo add-on toolbar to see if you may have it afterwards to see if that may be the issue.

    You can also press the "Alt" key to bring up the file menus, then click View > Toolbars, and click "Command Bar" to bring the command bar back.

    ok the alt thing worked and i have it back on now, thanks to both of you for helping me out, i really appreciate it
