Flash games dont scale properly and run slow/very low FPS

    on that site for ie9, every single thing it says to try goes really slow,does other people with chrome get that?? like the psychedelic one???

    My Chrome works fine on the Adobe site. Or did.

    Uninstall ALL versions of flash player.
    Download the new versions for IE OR Chrome.
    Restart.
    Install new version, and test.
