Annoying detail box

Using Windows Live Mail, when I open the first message (not always but sometimes) I get a small box with details of that message. It stays on the screen for about 3 seconds and then disappears. Anyone know how to eliminate it from coming up.

thanks

I am unable to capture the box because it only stays on the screen for a couple of seconds. It contains the Received time, the subject, the size and the incoming folder.
