hi i have a touchsmart 600-1120 running windows 7 64bit..i have a problem when using oera google chrome and internet explore was working perfect but know thats messes up 2. when ever i play videos in hd on websites like gametrailers.com or ign.com i got green lines on the video its all distorted and unclear. i have no idea how 2 fix it hoping someone can help.
Have you tried watching dvds or other format video rather than the net video?
Second check the drivers for the video card, run windows update - check for Silverlight amd Flash updates -does the machine fun hotter than usual?
yea dvds r good and i have alot of movies on my computer blueray quialty mkv files they all play realllllllll clear
no the computer never gets hot its only on those 2 websites when i go to youtube i can play 1080p videos with no problem at all
nvm problem solved the updated driver sucks i went back 2 the original and everything works now
dont know how an "update" can mess things up
