I have windows 7 and yahoo mail. The email is so slow, sometimes when I click on an email it will say "loading". Can anyone tell me why this is happening. Thanks.

    Patti hi and welcome

It could be many things. Anti Virus, firewall, busy ISP, configuration issues, wifi problems.

Can we get some more info?

What kind of info do you need and where do I find it? My firewall is Windows, I have AVG antivirus, the rest I don't even understand. Thanks.

Is Yahoo the only email service you are having problems with?

    Whats the network setup?

    Hi Patti,

Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? You should be able to set up an Email account with them.

I have noticed Yahoo email has become slower in the past year since they have made changes in their format, etc.

There are two versions of Yahoo Mail the original Classic & the New version , try switching to the alternative look under options.
