    Lost link clicking in IE8

    On Win 7.

Somehow no links in IE8 is clickable or show a path.

Links in other browsers work fine. I have closed and opened and I see no particular setting wrong.

I had some external toolbars installed and removed them. Anyone heard of a virus that way?

All left untried is another reboot.

    Hi,

1 thing you could try is to 'reset' IE to it's default settings. Just open up IE then click Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab then click 'restore defaults' then 'reset'

    Hope this helps :)

    Thanks-a-lot. Sounds like a knight's name, doesn't it. Lance-a-lot. :)

Well, your solution worked very well.
