Windows Live Mail 2011 - read receipt

How do you request message read receipt? Can't find it in the ribbon for 'Inbox' or 'Send' options. Seems like a lot of tools have gone!

    Hi,

I don't think there is a default option for it but it is selectable when creating a new e-mail

When writing a new e-mail, click the 'Dilevery' dropdown and check the Read receipt box

You have two options, permanent setting and temporary setting for a single email:

    Permanent setting:

    Windows Live Mail 2011 - read receipt-wlm_mail-options.jpg

    Windows Live Mail 2011 - read receipt-wlm_read-receipt.jpg

    Per email:

Didn't know about the Ribbon Bar Drop Down box! Thanks everyone, great replies.

    Can't see Ribbon win WLM

A friend of mine has Windows 7 and WLM. I cannot find the Ribbons anywhere for him which would be most helpful, because he is legally blind and any help like a ribbon would be most wecome for him. It works fine on my own WLM.
