Automatic E-mail attachment not working

Good day

I have tried endlessly to submit a form from the internet whereby the form is sent as an attachment to the recipient. On all other Windows operating systems the file is attached to the mail message but not with Windows 7. Could somebody please assist ?

You have to download and use a mail client. A good one for windows is windows live mail.
