    windows live mail error 0x800ccc79

after I created a distribution list using windows live mail (contacts list) it has 40 email addresses in it. I used Bcc to send list everything look ok to send. All the addresses were there i click send and received whats below. Check with my ISP and all is set up good. been looking on forums for awhile with no luck, any ideas?
    thanks

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Live Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.
The rejected e-mail address was 'gschneider@ci.keene.us'.

"Domain of recipient does not resolve" means they can't find keene.us in a dns lookup for its IP numerical address. Neither could I using tracert; but I could find the IP for "keen.us".
